Western Regional Championships Recap (47kg Jr)

9/9, ⚪️⚪️⚪️ x 9

S: 107.5kg/ 237lbs (+2.5kg meet PR)
One hell of a grinder but BC provincial record match

B: 57.5kg/ 126.7 lbs (+5kg meet PR)
First time hitting a bench PR on the platform

D: 120kg/264.5lbs
@juicylift thank you for fixing my lower back right before I left for Saskatoon. Couldn’t have done it without your strats.

Total 285kg (+7.5kg from Provs) @ 47.00kg

Westerns was truly a redemption story of a lifetime and I couldn’t have done it without my coach @marktlopez . Deadlifts were the definition of “trust the taper” during prep and it all worked out in the end. I went into this meet with the mindset that I was just going to do my best without putting pressure on myself to hit any specific numbers and it did me wonders. This meet was an incredible experience and I’m so happy I got to meet so many people.

See ya’ll at Nationals in February 🫶🏼

BCPA Provincials Recap (52kg jr)

6/9🥴
S: 105kg (+7.5kg meet PR)
B: 52.5kg (+7.5kg meet PR)
D: 120kg (+20kg meet PR)

Total: 277.5kg (+35kg meet total) @ 49.36kg BW

Where do I even begin. 5 days leading up to provs I pulled my right upper glute deadlifting. I wasn’t able to bring my knee to my chest or hinge until 3 days before the meet. Despite having a great peak week, my body was doing double overtime recovering from the injury on top of peak week. Not the outcome I had wanted (wanted hit the 2027 47kg nats qualifying total) but I’m still happy I was able to match all of my numbers from peak week and add 35kg to my total.

Thank you @marktlopez for handling me and making sure I kept it together throughout prep and on the platform. I couldn’t have done it without you :)

Onto the next aka Westerns🫡

BCPA Provincals 2026 was not my proudest performance on the platform but it’s fuelling the fire to come back stronger at Westerns.

Coach for coming in 8 weeks out, 2 weeks post hip flexor injury, learning what works for me & adjusting to life circumstances. Training was going so well & truly appreciate everything with daily check ins/feedback even while you were on vacation in Italy. The redemption is coming. Sleep likely isn't 😂 @marktlopez

The best handler hands down, reminding me to eat, timing the warm ups, the chalk, the baby powder, the ammonia, & everything in between. @eunshinlifter

My muscle mommies texting/cheering me on all day and being my hype girls during prep! @theresaledwards @_brooke.baum @artorun @measuremewhole @brittanyreina @andreadiana28

Friends/family who showed up & cheered me on. Ri- love the poster & the vids 🥹❤️ @rawrrart @engineannie17 @cyn_c_cyn @aumanzor07

My parents always helping out with the girls so I can train whenever they're in town. ❤️❤️ @onesirbme

The biggest thanks to my #1 for supporting me & always figuring out a way to make things work and my girls for believing that mommy is the strongest in the world 🥹❤️❤️❤️ @s2stalkersolutions
