🥩 We’re working on the perfect charcoal-roasted steaks to pair with our wines.

Poivre with Shiraz, Chimichurri with Malbec, Beurre Blanc with….?

Come try soon.

Prep time: most of the afternoon. Eating time: about ten minutes. And we’re okay with that.

Carefully selected and cut by hand, never machine. Goji, romesco, garlic aioli, coriander-lime oil.

This Thursday we pair our tartare with 3 red wines off the Parallel 42 shelf. We’ll announce the bottles tomorrow.

September 24th from 18:00.

Irakli Abashidze 21a. DM to hold a seat.

🍷We wanted to impress you with our tartare, and we’re confident we will.

Goji berries for tartness, and our combination of house-made sauces for that perfect zing. Perfectly paired with Spanish wines courtesy of @parallel42_tbilisi

See you tomorrow from 18:00.

🍸Do you know what goes well together? We do.

Cold, tender vitello tonnato blanketed in a rich emulsion of tuna, egg yolks, anchovies, oil, and capers perfectly cut by bright acidity and botanical crispness of our Pisco Gimlet.

⏳September 17th 18:00 in Bodega. And most days after that.
Come to the table.
