USA Roadtrip 🇺🇸 What an incredible experience so far. Can't help but notice how stunning and easy it is to drive here...roads are so wide and go on for miles without end and the roadsides are so simple - they don't scream for attention like in the UK! We certainly have way too many unnecessary signs for everything; here it's just the road and nature to take in. No honking, no mad rush..oh and no traffic so far.
Diners and bottomless coffee are sure an experience, such friendly folk and down to earth..always leave with a smile at every place we visit.
Also so grateful to finally meet Marla and her family. When you're insta friends for so long and finally meet in real life, it's truly special. Thank you for having us ❤️ @marlayoga

Relax and refresh with a Replenishing Sound Bath.
Connect with calm through gentle, restorative yoga poses and focus on the breath. Replenish mind and body with a soothing sound bath with crystal singing bowls and chimes attuned for Chakras (energy centers in the body). The less-structured sounds allow the listener to relax, release, and go deeper into their own experience. Wear comfortable clothing for movement and rest.

It was an honor to facilitate live music for @marlayoga ‘s beautiful retreat at @boulderhotsprings last weekend. Of all of the unique gigs, perhaps I enjoy improvisation for yoga classes and retreats the most. It’s a meditative experience for all ⭐️
