Doing our first official 5K together just feels different. 🥹🤎

We both have our own lives, our own responsibilities, our own people who look up to us. We’re both moms, sisters, and women constantly pouring into other people in different ways. But somewhere in all of that, running became something we could share.

To be able to challenge each other, encourage each other, and experience this part of our journeys side by side means more than I can really put into words.

I wouldn’t have wanted to run my first one with anybody else. So grateful I get to do life AND miles with my sister. 🏃🏾‍♀️🤎

We didn’t always lose the weight at the same time, but we made the same promise. 🤞🏾

The VOW was simple: never let each other get so far away from ourselves that we just ignore it.

Different journeys. Same sisterhood. Same promise. ❤️

Correction, 5K with my sister 🥹🏃🏾‍♀️❤️ Having her right there with me made it that much better. She kept me motivated, pushed me to keep my pace, and reminded me I wasn’t doing it alone. Definitely one of those runs I’ll remember forever. 🫶🏾

Keep showing up for yourself.
Keep choosing growth.
Keep shining.

Your strength isn’t just in your body, it’s in your resilience, your confidence, and the way you keep going even on the hard days!!
