Strength isn’t a hobby for me. It’s my standard. 👑

As one of the strongest women to ever step on the platform, I don’t take my performance lightly. Every heavy day matters, and what I put in my body before I get under the bar matters just as much.

Real talk: I had sworn off pre workouts. Too many jittery, crash and burn formulas that left me feeling worse than when I started. Then @klerpath.nutrition GROmuscle asked me to give theirs a shot. One session. That’s all it took. I was a believer. 🙌

I have never felt more alert, locked in, and powerful on my heavy training days. Clean energy, sharp focus, and the drive to push when the weight gets real. No wild jitters, no crash. Just me, the barbell, and business handled. 💪

And if you’re more about the long haul than the one rep max? They’ve got an awesome option built for endurance athletes too, so you get the fuel without the major power output.

You deserve fuel that matches your fire. 🔥
Use code LANDRILIFTS to fuel like a boss. 👑

We had such a great time at the Dance for Life event and were able to perform at the amazing Capitol Theater in salt lake. There were so many incredible dancers there and it was very inspiring. This was a special event as it is dedicated to suicide awareness and prevention. We are honored to have been part of it ❤️❤️
