We are BACK with another spectacular #WCW! 😍 Meet Sue Marroni @marronisue —wife, mother, grandmother and owner of the beloved Lapierre School of Dance in Reading. @lapierredance 🩰💕A former student, Sue began dancing at Lapierre at just 10 years old! Now, she is a role model to many young dancers, inspiring them to achieve their full potential by fostering creativity, confidence, discipline, and ambition. 👯‍♀️ As the pandemic paused the music in many dance studios this past year, Sue has safely been able to provide her students with their passion and escape when needed more than ever. 👏💃🏻✨

MO: What’s your favorite thing about what you do?

SM: Seeing happy kids walk through our doors each day. It’s an honor to hear the studio referred to as their “home away from home” - it really doesn’t get any better than that!

.

MO: What’s the most challenging part?

SM: Keeping everyone safe and the studio successfully running through the past year’s pandemic has been one of the the most challenging tasks. It was a stressful time for sure, but knowing how happy it made all of our students to be in person at the studio was worth it all!

.

MO: What do you enjoy outside of work?

SM: I love spending time with my husband and our families. We have 6 children between us that I am so proud of and 6 grandkids that bring us so much joy. Life is good! I also love traveling and spending time with good friends.

.

MO: Best piece of advice?

SM: Follow your dreams. We are happiest and most successful when we are doing what we love to do.

.

MO: Who’s your #WCW?

SM: There are so many women I look up to and admire. My daughters: Lindsey, Jen, Kiley and Mia are strong, smart, determined women, who I am so incredibly proud of. My teachers at the studio: through all of the ups and downs over the past year I couldn’t have asked for a stronger, more supportive team. I am also lucky to have had a strong mentor in my life, Peg LaPierre, to whom I will be forever grateful.
