We celebrated two years of Birdhouse with an incredibly energizing party surrounded by dedicated, inspirational, FUN women.

Real talk: these events take a lot of planning on top of
other jobs, motherhood, house work, life! You get it.

So when we don’t get crowds, it’s easy to get down and question whether we should keep working so hard to get our vision out into the world. Any other business owners feel this?!? It can be so deflating.

But after some good advice from my wise mama and the friends who came out to support us, we realized the night was exactly as it should’ve been. An intimate group of women I didn’t even know 2 years ago: laughing, dancing, doing surprise splits, swapping stories, and dreaming up what’s next.

Oh, and I was SORE the next day. Who doesn’t love a good dance party? It had been too long.

Thank you to the FUN women who showed up for the vision. You fueled us to keep going.

Well… we’ve made it. 40 🥳

Feels like a gift to be here and to have had the life experiences that I’ve been blessed enough to have.

30’s brought a lot of fun, a lot of pain and a lot of growth. Truly, I have never felt more myself than in this moment.

I am lucky to have such a fantastic gang of characters who lift me up, make me laugh and celebrate life with me. 20 slides doesn’t allow enough room to capture them all.

Thankful to all of my people, old and new, who keep life exciting and full of surprises. Let’s find you new homes, new communities and new journeys to explore.

The past few years have been full of travel and learning. To many more years of it 🙏🏻

Turns out... two Red Bulls really do give you wings. 😂

Yesterday was absolutely bananas.

7:30 a.m. start. A completely wild day at Caravan that somehow just kept getting bigger, louder, busier, and better. Then straight to the most epic Pride dance party at The Center and Barewolf... and because that’s apparently how we roll, we ended the night with a Burger King picnic with Jackie.

I’m equal parts exhausted and energized, my feet may never forgive me, and my social battery should absolutely be dead... but my heart is so incredibly full.

I’ll take days like this every single time. ❤️✨
