One of my favorite events of the year ❤️ This one always hits close to home after losing my grandad to Lewey Body Dementia. He would have wondered why I didn’t wear a cowboy hat with my suit though for sure. Supporting, honoring and celebrating all of the work that the @americanbrainfoundation is doing and so proud of @scsansiveri and @acsansiveri for co-chairing the Gala! I feel so lucky to be in your orbit. I’m inspired by you and love you. 😘

Still processing this night.

So deeply honored to co-host @march_fourth_’s Cheers for Change every with @bigkidproblems @sarahmerrill_hall. It was a room filled with people who refuse to accept that this is just “how it is.”

Thank you to March Fourth, @kittybrandtner, and the entire team who pour their hearts into this work every single day. To @melissajoanhart for using her voice in such a meaningful way. To the Scruggs family for sharing Hallie’s story with a courage that humbles me. To @jrseftel, the director of All the Empty Rooms, for creating something that forces us to feel, not just scroll. And to every single person who bought a ticket and showed up…. you matter more than you know.

Grateful, too, to @glamsquad and @_makeupbymea_ for helping me show up steady for a night that carried so much weight. And to my parents, who (even at 37 years old) still show up for me every time it matters.

We sold out this event space. That’s powerful.
But the real work is what happens after.
Call your representatives.
Learn the laws in your state.
Support organizations doing this work year-round.
Watch the documentary.
Have the hard conversations.

We are not done. Not even close.

But I left hopeful. Because rooms like this remind me that people care. And when people care, change is possible.

Fall Break, but make it New York.
The kids’ first trip to NYC and they came in hot—like, “Where’s our driver?” energy. We did it all: a private tour of Ground Zero that was both humbling and unforgettable, skyline views from the Empire State Building, and a little window shopping through SoHo and Tribeca because—let’s be honest—just walking those streets feels chic. We ate our way through local hotspots, saw Beetlejuice on Broadway, and even scored a private backstage tour from our new friend @jonathanabryant . To round it all out, we ended the trip with sprinkles and smiles at the Museum of Ice Cream.

New York, you’re a total vibe—and I think we’re officially city people now.

So much joy celebrating the hometown premiere of “Louder Than Guns” at the Nashville Film Festival. The hometown premiere of Louder than Guns. We are so proud of this project and thankful for the leadership of @ketchsecor and @fearless_greene. Such an important film for this time, setting a model of how we can come together as a country, both sides, to have conversations and tackle the difficult issue of guns in America.

Everyone should see this film.

Shout out to Doug Pray and @ashleyyorkhere - y’all so beautifully weaved these stories together. 🫶🏼
