My coffee is a peppermint mocha I made at home with oat milk and nespresso 🤓

I love this cup so much; it’s from Cafe Olimpico in Montreal and it’s making me feel like I need to be in Montreal immediately.

You've watched the show but have you read the book? We have! We liked it a lot but would have to agree with @marysbooklists it is not nearly as ookie spooky as the show. Though there were still parts that gave us the creeps.

BOOK STACK CHALLENGE! 📚⁣

Hi friends! I’m back! After a much needed break, I’m excited to be back posting again! I was pondering what my first post should be after my break, but nothing felt right. That is until I learned that July 30th is World Day Against Trafficking In Persons. I got the idea to come back with a book stack challenge to raise awareness concerning this worldwide issue and raise money for one of my favorite foundations. But first, a few heartbreaking stats:⁣
⁣
• It’s estimated that internationally there are between 20 million and 40 million people in modern slavery today.⁣
• An estimated 71% of enslaved people are women and girls. The most common form of human trafficking (79%) is sexual exploitation. ⁣
• Estimates suggest that about 50,000 people are trafficked into the US each year, most often from Mexico and the Philippines.⁣
• In 2018, over half (51.6%) of the criminal human trafficking cases active in the US were sex trafficking cases involving only children.⁣
