Two competitive fighters, one thing in common… they take recovery as seriously as they take training. 👊❄️🔥

Both of these lads use Elysium every week as part of their recovery routine, because when you’re pushing your body to its limits, recovery isn’t optional — it’s essential.

Today’s session:
❄️ 2–3 minute Ice Bath
🔥 15 minute Finnish Sauna
❤️ 10 minute Infrared Red Light Therapy Sauna

Three rounds in total, with plenty of chat, laughs and banter in between.

This was JJ’s first ever ice bath, and judging by his face, he quickly realised what time it was! 😅 Massive respect to him for digging deep and completing 3 minutes in a 3°C ice bath — no easy task for a first-timer.

Meanwhile, Mason was cool as a cucumber, laughing and loving life as always. 😎

From passing my All Arms Physical Training Instructor course in the British Army back in 2004… to standing ringside in 2026 after another win with someone I’ve had the privilege to coach. 🥊 ( yeah I am that old 💁‍♂️🤣 )

This post isn’t about the fighters for once 😅 it’s about the journey… and my journey so far.

Over the years I’ve had the honour of working with professional fighters, CrossFit athletes, people rebuilding their health, celebrities, youngsters, the older generation — and everyone in between. From elite performers to everyday people just trying to become better versions of themselves. 💪

I genuinely believe we create our own future. And I’ve been lucky enough to find my purpose in helping others realise what they’re truly capable of — often before they believe it themselves. 🔥

If there’s one thing I know for sure, it’s this: my skill isn’t just in training — it’s in making people believe they can do things they never thought possible… and somehow making the process enjoyable along the way. 🙌

That’s why my days are full. Back-to-back, week in, week out. No shortcuts. No gimmicks. Just honest hard work and a genuine care for every single person who walks through that door. 🏋️‍♂️

To all my clients — past and present — thank you. Truly. You’ve allowed me to live a life that many people only dream of. ❤️

championships In Bangkok and in his last fight coming through another war with Harley king Everton winning the prestigious WMO British title

However he is up against the highly rated Jayden Gill from Leamington spa who Is precocious talent with beautiful style who is doing things right so far

Jayden first performance on ultimate fight night he had an excellent win over the superb Harley king Everton and his last fight on Leap frog fight night he had a Impressive 1st round stoppage

This fight will be an absolute banger

Will Mason’s pressure to 2 much on the night or will Jayden be to slick

This lad gives EVERYTHING. 💯

Every session, he turns up ready to work. No shortcuts. No excuses. No holding back.

He leaves absolutely everything in the gym… apart from the odd time he leaves his lunch on the floor. 😂🤢

Mason brings everything he has — and then somehow finds a little bit more.

That mentality is exactly what you need when you step through those ropes.
