Humber Bay Condo, shot for @roxanninteriordesign

✨When it was time for repeat clients Karen & Tom to downsize to a condo, Roxann was brought in to design for the couple once again.

This time reimagining a new space with functional upgrades:

📌 custom millwork (laundry room)
by @uppercanadafurniture
📌 wallpaper by @timorous_beasties
📌 paint by @farrowandball
📌 tile imported from Italy by @sstileandstone
📌 stonework fireplace cladding & countertops by @cambriasurfaces
📌 statement lighting by @unionlighting
📌 solid bronze pulls in laundry room by @sunvalleybronze
📌other hardware by Restoration Hardware

With Roxann’s deep understanding of their lifestyles and personal passions, every design decision was made to enhance how the space is used, not just how it looks.

Personal treasures - including Karen’s handcrafted miniature dollhouses - add warmth and character, while the design itself lays the foundation for a home that’s both functional and deeply personal.

✨Thanks for having me shoot your Interior Design Project @roxanninteriodesign!

A visit to my lovely and talented friend Claire where the Tiny Handmade dolls were delighted to explore her Hitty house. It is filled with miniature treasures made by Claire’s talented friends. I brought this trunk (made from a kit I found at the OMEGA show and filled with extra papered boxes by me) as a gift and it was well received by the Hitty dolls. The beautiful tiny doll inside is by Mary Grady O’Brien @marygradyobrienfineminiatures, we thought this trunk might be suitable for her wardrobe. The stunning sampler with the tiniest stitches is by Karen Mason @masonsminimaisons. Claire decorates her houses with hand painted wallpapers and wonderful folk art treasures. I feel very very lucky to have such friends. (Little footstool also painted by Claire Globensky)
