Most massage therapists make booking way too complicated.

Clients book when it feels easy.

Not when they have to text back and forth trying to figure out your schedule.

A few things that changed everything at my spa:

• Online booking
• Clear cancellation policy
• Automatic reminders
• Advance booking windows
• A clean schedule clients can actually understand

It’s all about convenience.

Most massage therapists wait too long.
Pricing should reflect demand, skill, and sustainability.

3 signs = raise.
2 signs = prepare.

Chair massage pop-ups are the easiest ways to build a client base.

One of the biggest things that helped me grow a successful massage business was setting up regular pop-up events at gyms and yoga studios.

Here’s why it works:

⭐️ Free 5–10 minute demos let people feel your work.

⭐️ Gyms and studios love it as a perk for their
members.

⭐️ You build instant rapport, hand out cards, and start real conversations.

🔑 Keys to success:

✅ Be a regular member so people recognize you.

✅ Hang a sign a few days before with your info.

✅ Post on social and tag the gym or studio.

✅ Capture photos and video for future promotion.

✅ Offer a special rate for on-the-spot bookings.

✅ Bring a friend or staff member to help with signups.

⏰ A 2–3 hour window is perfect to catch members before and after classes.

This simple strategy got me in front of dozens of new people each month — many became long-term clients. 🙌

Massage therapists, have you ever tried pop-up events to grow your practice?

My first NCBTMB-approved continuing education course is officially live! 🥳

The 5-Star Massage Experience: Professional Standards in Client Care is a 2-hour course designed for massage therapists who want to raise the bar on how they show up for clients, every session.

Inside the course, we cover:
• Professional standards that build trust and repeat bookings
• Client communication before, during, and after the session
• Creating a consistent, high-quality experience without burnout
• Simple systems that support professionalism, boundaries, and care
• Real-world examples from nearly 20 years in practice

This course is practical, grounded, and made for therapists who care about longevity, not just technique.

If you’re a massage therapist looking to refine your client experience and earn CE credits at the same time, this one’s for you.

How long should you wait to leave your employer? 🤔

Until your own business gives you REAL proof. 💯

🔑 Build your massage practice while you’re working for someone else.

I don’t think enough massage therapists realize how powerful in-person marketing still is.

A good 5-10 minute demo builds trust fast and makes booking a full session feel easy.

Comment EVENT and I’ll send you the details when the course drops.
