“Chef in viaggio tra mare e terra” è il progetto che ha unito Umbria, Venezia e il Garda in un percorso culinario unico, culminato in una cena al @ristoranteoseleta di @villacordevigo Cordevigo.

Gli chef @chef_mazzella_cedri_ristorante , @danielegalliazzo e @marko.m.88 hanno costruito un itinerario fatto di materie prime locali, tecnica ed eleganza, intrecciando sapori e territori in un racconto che celebra ospitalità ed eccellenze italiane.

Promosso da @borgodeicontiresort , @londrapalacevenezia e Villa Cordevigo, il progetto ha guidato gli ospiti attraverso una vera mappa del gusto, fatta di luoghi, prodotti e stagionalità.

Al centro, le interpretazioni di tre chef @relaischateaux : identità differenti che, nella cena finale, hanno dialogato in armonia, creando un equilibrio naturale tra acqua e terra.

The culinary journey continued at Londra Palace Venezia with an exclusive six-hands dinner uniting three @relaischateaux chefs: @chef_mazzella_cedri_ristorante of Borgo dei Conti Resort, @danielegalliazzo of Londra Palace Venezia, and Marco Marras of @villacordevigo .

An evening where creativity, territory, and emotion came together in a refined dialogue between sea and land, interpreted through the unique vision of three voices of contemporary cuisine.

An exclusive gastronomic experience came to life at Borgo dei Conti Resort with a six-hands dinner featuring three @relaischateaux chefs: @chef_mazzella_cedri_ristorante of Borgo dei Conti Resort, @danielegalliazzo of Londra Palace Venezia, and Marco Marras of @villacordevigo .

A sensory journey that united sea and land, tradition and innovation, interpreted with the distinctive style of three remarkable voices of contemporary cuisine.

Enhancing the evening was a selection of Umbrian excellence: the wines of @decugnanodeibarbi , @laquerciolana , and @arnaldocaprai , tastings of fine cured meats from @ilnorcinonet , and artisanal cheeses from @fattoria_calcabrina .

The second stage of this gastronomic journey will take place on November 12 at @londrapalacevenezia
