🏆 QUEENSLAND STATE AWARD WINNER | VISTA We’re incredibly proud to announce that our VISTA project in Everton Park has been awarded Best Renovation $800,000 – $1 Million at the 2026 @masterbuildersqld Housing & Construction Awards. Following our win at the Brisbane Regional Awards, to now be recognised as the best in Queensland is an incredible achievement for our team. VISTA was a Saunders Building Company development, transforming an existing property into a stunning, architecturally designed family home that combines timeless character with contemporary luxury. From the beautifully detailed Queenslander-inspired exterior to the bespoke interiors, exceptional finishes and seamless indoor-outdoor entertaining spaces, every element was carefully considered and executed. Developed, built and successfully sold, VISTA is a true reflection of the quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail we pride ourselves on delivering. 🏆 QUEENSLAND WINNER 🏆 We’re thrilled to share that CALI took home the state award for Best Home Renovation Project $1–2 million on Saturday night for Mayfield House, Ascot. This project was all about respecting what made the original home special while reworking it for the way our clients live today. Getting that balance right took careful planning, a lot of problem solving on site, and trades who genuinely care about the finish. A huge thank you to our clients, architects, consultants, trades and everyone who played a part in bringing this home to life. Meet Azura, a spectacular three-storey waterfront home in Mooloolaba, built by @tysonbuildinggroup With its dramatic roofline, sweeping curves and sculptural staircase, this architectural masterpiece is impressive enough above ground. But it’s what lies beneath that makes it even more extraordinary. A basement built around 1.8 metres below the high-tide level houses a car lift, gym and wine cellar. There’s also a passenger lift, stunning natural stone finishes and an incredible connection to the water.
