DEVUÉLVELE A DIOS UN CUERPO GASTADO.

Usalo.

Equivocate. Volvé a empezar.

🥊 MUAY THAI IS NOT VIOLENT.

Muay Thai legend Gregory Choplin @gregorychoplinofficial explains why combat sports are often misunderstood.

Muay Thai doesn’t teach violence. It teaches discipline, respect, emotional control, confidence, and composure under pressure.

There’s a huge difference between knowing how to fight and looking for a fight.

FEELING DEPRESSED? YOUR TESTOSTERONE COULD BE PART OF THE PICTURE.

Low testosterone in men isn’t only about muscle, strength, or sex drive.

Testosterone can also influence energy, motivation, mood, confidence, sleep and overall sense of well-being.

When testosterone is low, some men may experience fatigue, irritability, lack of motivation, difficulty concentrating, low libido and depressive symptoms.

But there’s an important distinction: low testosterone doesn’t automatically mean it’s the cause of depression. Depression can have many causes, and similar symptoms can come from poor sleep, chronic stress, medications, other hormonal problems and medical conditions.

That’s why the answer isn’t simply “take testosterone.”

If you’ve been feeling unusually tired, unmotivated, emotionally flat or depressed, talk to a healthcare professional and get properly evaluated. Checking testosterone and other relevant factors may help identify what’s really going on.

Your mental state and your physical health are connected. Pay attention to both.
