I am reposting this as I just came across some very sad 💔news! Sadly Colby and mate Monty’s mom Terez has passed. I feel sick to have read this she seemed to be a lovely lady! May you RIP and send love and strength to her son Anthony and family.

Time for my annual birthday selfie! I’ve lost a lot of weight & gained lots of muscle, thanks to my daily Planet Fitness strength & cardio workouts. I haven’t missed a day since Jan. 1, 2025, except for snow days & holidays when the gym was closed. I used no GLP-1s or other weight loss drugs, but I just make sure to eat properly & train every single day. Mike is very proud of me for being so determined & sticking to my regimen. Thanks to everyone for the many kind birthday wishes! I splurged & enjoyed a free birthday breakfast at Denny’s, a free Starbucks pumpkin latte Frappuccino, & a yummy free dinner at Provino’s Italian restaurant, where I feasted on their delicious Cioppino (an Italian seafood stew in a rich tomato base), garlic rolls drenched in butter, a tossed salad, & spumoni ice cream with an Amaretto cookie for dessert. (Of course I ended up bringing most of it home because I’m not used to eating so much rich food.) I’m doing everything possible to keep my Type 2 diabetes & heart disease under control, since those were the causes of Mom’s death & I intend to live past her & Daddy, who died at ages 80 & 83, respectively. Wish me luck! I also want to look good for my 50th high school reunion coming up on September 19. 🎉🎂🎁🎊#happybirthdaytome #august301958 #momalwayssaidiwastoohardheadedandstubborntodie🤣

We’re up the tree today sending our heartfelt prayers 🙏to Henry @henryscatadventures
He’s hosting a party 🎉 🎊 but he has health issues.

His Mom, Gina noticed some increased neurological symptoms the past 2 days and took Henry to the ER yesterday.
Blood work showed that he has an infection and his glucose was very high that all likely caused the increase in neurologic symptoms. He stayed overnight and is being monitored and stabilized. Meowmy visited him this morning. They are waiting for Dr Gerard, Fozzy’s internist, to assess him. Dr Gerard will now be part of Henry’s care team. Henry’s Cornell Dr is also aware and monitoring.

Our heartfelt prayers 🙏and wishes for fast recovery ❤️‍🩹 to Henry. We hope he heals ❤️‍🩹fast. Stay safe love ❤️ We’ll do your garden 🪴 party 🎉 🎊 later when you’re feeling great!
