IT'S HAPPENING Y'ALL 💃🔥

In about 2 weeks, I'll be teaching my ((in))famous "Feeling Knotty" class at @fahrenheitflowarts as well as organizing all the volunteers for this collaborative event ❤️ would you believe that this is actually my first ever official flow fest while celebrating my 5 year anniversary of teachig shibari ?! 🤯 the stars have seriously aligned on dis ☝️

Story time: back in 2020, I actually attended @fahrenheitflowarts but the digital panini version (shoutout to those zoom classes/streams that kept the community afloat back then 🤙). I heard of it via the goddess aka da plug @izzydeliso (your mom iykyk 🤣) after she plugged me to a very small flow festival on LI, NY called Backyard Throwdown. This was hosted by the incredibly talented trend-setters @mysticflowfairy & @littleflux (rip sweet angel 🪽) where they encourged me to teach the following year so ofc I obliged. Little did I know, this set a spark in my soul that still burns ferociously to this day ❤️‍🔥 this world of fire flow-arts, business/skill share and community continues to open so many doors that I can not even begin to list. The friendships I've made on this journey with some of the craziest, kindest and purest humans to ever exist on this earth has become an addiction tbh. The only regret I have is not starting sooner so here I am, pouring my heART while simultaneously creating core memories in this weird mortal coil ✨️ so come make some with me, foo's 🤓

Tickets can be purchased via @fahrenheitflowarts but if out of your budget, volunteer sign-ups will go live VERY soon to offer raffle tickets to win some awesome prizes. The shifts range from kitchen duty, fire safety, greeting and all in-between 🙏 always welcome to DM me with any questions and hope to see y'all there!!

🗣️🗣️ We asked some of our team to let us know their GLF 2026 Picks and here’s what they said… 📝 What are YOUR picks?! ☑️🔥

@wick422 is what we like to call a Prop Sl*t. 😍 He’s most excited for @mateus_shapes workshop and is RAEDY for both of @raedylex ‘s sets! 🎶

@flowstate_training_ loves contact staff. 🙏🏽 They are most excited to learn from @free_with_g and hear our GLF fave @soular.spice throw down.

@eilyshasklar practically has a dragon staff extension for their arms. 🐉 They’re excited to learn from @mateus_shapes and throw things in a circle for @mattruffner .

@cirquedubean loves them double double staffs! 🥢They’re stoked to take @tech__kitten ‘s class and enjoy @r0zb0t ‘s debut GLF set.

@kensimagery_ loves sais 🗡️ as theyre a nice blend of palm torches, double staffs, & being a baddie. They’re pumped about @bales_fox ‘s workshop and hearing @perredox ‘s debut GLF set.

@raedylex feels at peace behind the CDJs. 🎛️ They’re always hype to learn from @robtoomanyhobbs and so RAEDY for @synthsirena to kick off the fire circle. 👑

@vividwyzard is a hoop wyzard! ⭕️ They’re elated to learn from legend @rager_rabbit and get down to @mattruffner .

📝 What are YOUR picks?! ☑️🔥 Let us know below. 👇🏽👇🏽

I'm on my way to @kineticfireretreat again, which means I'm finally remembering to post about last year's Kinetic (2025) 😜

I love this community and my camping buddies. Triangle takeover was a very joyous 3min33sec:)

One of our last speakeasies in the Boston area — this one had full post-apocalyptic energy. ⚡️☢️

We served glow-in-the-dark cocktails and drinks with flavoring that left your tongue tingling all night. Hidden doors, strange vibes, and a little end-of-the-world magic.

Ball Juggling & Club Juggling Fusion Choreography practice

This song really hit home @theflobots Really hit home, especially in the world that we're living in today

I wanted to shoot this and not edit out any drops. Art isn't perfect and in order to get where we need to in life, we need to fail and be vulnerable in order to learn and become better.

We have been taken over by a dictator and our american people being abused

I felt so much emotion about the state of the world and how many people condone the behavior of ice and our government

So I would like to make a challenge for people.

Make a video with a song that makes you more passionate about protest. I grew up with a lot of punks, Counterculture and other people that always stood up for what was right

Tag me in the post

Let's use our art to protest

Clip 1 is proof I can split two hoops but goddamnit when I add the knee why does that waist hoop always climb. So frustrating … but I’ll keep showing up when I can 🤷🏻‍♀️ last clip is a a fun pattern I learned from @mateus_shapes !
