Let Agrumato Month begin!! 💫

24 chefs and restaurants across the country are bringing this year’s Agrumato-Method Olive Oils to life through dishes featuring our earthy Horseradish Olive Oil or award-winning Calabrian Chili Olive Oil.

Agrumato is rooted in tradition, enhanced with innovation, and crafted for expression.

Unlike infused oils, which are often created by adding ingredients that are often not fresh (e.g. herbs, spices, citrus peels, or extracts) 𝘢𝘧𝘵𝘦𝘳 the olive oil has been made), the Agrumato process 𝘴𝘪𝘮𝘶𝘭𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘦𝘰𝘶𝘴𝘭𝘺 crushes fresh, seasonal ingredients with Fall Harvest olives, marrying the flavors together to create a harmonious and well-balanced olive oil.

Each participating restaurant will feature an Agrumato-inspired dish on its menu for a limited time this October.

Head to our link in bio to explore chefs, restaurants, dishes, and flavors and see below where you can try these dishes! 🫒⤵️

*Check each restaurant’s Instagram or contact directly for dates and availability.*

Still thinking about an incredible few days with the Fancypants crew celebrating the kickoff of @beardfoundation’s Taste America alongside this year’s TasteTwenty chefs.

So proud to have Chef Meeker representing Nashville among such an incredible group of talent from across the country.

Good food, good people, and a pretty great reason to make a trip to New Orleans! Until next time! 🤍

A gorgeous dish from @mathew.meeker @wearefancypants

Hand rolled bottoni filled with delice de bourgogne and simply glazed in a sauce based on preserved sungold tomatoes from last year, scallop roe, fermented chanterelles, shirodashi, cultured butter, salted citrus blossoms, citron confiture, and kombu stock. Steeped on fresh and dried blackcurrant leaves, lemon thyme, and grilled kombu then finished with a generous spoonful of aged @astrea_caviar oscietra and a few drops of oil from sea lettuce and grilled lemon thyme.
