COMMUNITY LOVE💌 Soiul was never meant to be just a place for sauna and cold plunges. It was created to be a space where people gather, slow down, celebrate, connect, and feel a little more at home in themselves and with each other. Seeing your photos, your memories, and the moments you’ve shared here reminds us why we built this place in the first place. Thank you for making Soiul more than a wellness space. Thank you for making it a community.

1 year since I qualified and what a beautiful journey it has been so far 💫 it’s such an honour to be able to share the gift of yoga with you all, to create a space for connection and transformation. If you feel you are being called to take a yoga teacher training, I highly recommend going to India to answer this call. The experience completely altered the way I live, breathe and think whilst connecting with the most gorgeous souls. I will forever be grateful 🧘🏻‍♀️🪷
