The cutest little cottage style home. Loving the cameo of the cute kitty, too. 🐈‍⬛ Repost from @mattengengroup

Moksha… in Sanskrit means freedom!

At its heart, yoga is a practice of liberation. An opportunity to move freely, breathe deeply, release stress and tension, and reconnect with your most authentic, present self. Every time you step onto your mat, you practice freedom!

Happy 4th of July weekend, Yogis! Wishing you a fun, safe, and freedom-filled holiday with the people you love!

If you’re visiting town this weekend, looking for community, or simply craving a chance to reset before or after the festivities, we’d love to welcome you into the studio. We’re open Friday and Sunday (no classes Saturday).

Whether you choose Yoga, Sculpt, or Pilates, you’ll build strength, improve mobility, support heart health, reduce stress, and leave feeling energized, grounded, and ready for all the celebrating… or the recovery afterward!

✨ New here?
• $27 Drop-In
• 30 Days Unlimited Intro Offer – only $59!
• 10-Class Packs
• No Limits Unlimited Membership

Celebrate your freedom in movement, in breath, and in life. Book your class and join us this weekend — theyogarooms.com.

Introducing… my 2000th post! Hard to believe I’ve posted every single day for the 5 and a half years. I’ve gone through so much in my life over that time. We have gone through so much as a city, as a country. But here we are, and here is the city and its people and its homes, and I still love looking around at all the beauty and I am still curious about so much and about the stories that go with all these uniques living spaces.

I’m looking forward to continuing to boost our beautiful little city the best way I can. I hope you’ve enjoyed this stretch as much as I have!

Oh my goodness, hard to pick a fave here! It’s like a smorgasbord of classic home styles. From Victorian to Tudor, to shingle, even a castle! So much more. Take a peek for yourself and tell me your fave! (There’s even an adorable pink 💕 house.)

20 beautiful houses to celebrate everyone on spring break, going on spring break or participating in the spring market!

These are some of my all time favorite houses across the beautiful cities of Minneapolis and Saint Paul. I’m pretty sure it’s impossible to pick a favorite but maybe a top 3?
