Off-Camera Flash Workshop at Curraghchase Forest Park with Matteo Mazza.

We may be off for the summer, but thanks to people like Matteo (@matteo.mazza.notes), we still find reasons to meet up and learn together.

Matteo arrived with baby Morgan in tow and treated us to an inspiring session on using off-camera flash to create motion blur effects.

Armed with 70–200mm lenses, speedlights, and radio flash triggers mounted on tripods, we tackled a steep learning curve with plenty of variables to contend with—especially the ever-changing natural light.

By the end of the session, everyone came away with a unique image and a real sense of achievement, making all the hard work worthwhile.

Thank you Matteo ❤️

I had the most enjoyable day on Sunday at The RHA 196th Annual Exhibition Varnishing Day. So extremely thankful to the incredible RHA Members @rha_members for selecting my photographic work entitled "The Wounded Deer". It's an absolutely spectacular exhibition with incredible works by The RHA Members and exceptionally talented selected artists. The RHA 196th Annual Exhibition runs until the 9th of August. It was wonderful to celebrate with my amazing artist friends. Looking forward to visiting @rha.arts again to spend more time with all of the brilliant works.

Welcome to our new followers. As we come close to the end of our third year on Nicholas Street, we have eventually updated our Social Media name to match the sign above the door.
Our community of makers will continue to take turns displaying their work each weekend, and welcome visitors.

Local Art & Craft Limerick will continue to open weekends. Saturdays 11.30am to 5.30pm , Sundays 10.30am to 5.30pm, often a little earlier than advertised ☺️
Our only change is that we are all taking a break and closing every Bank Holiday weekend.
