Invited by @thejamesfirenze |

Nel cuore di Firenze, a Sant Ambrogio, all’interno di un incantevole palazzo del XVI secolo, The James Hotel racconta l’arte dell’ospitalità. @thejamesfirenze

@1564loungebar

The Chianti Martini
Redistilled gin with Chianti botanicals, Mancino Secco Vermouth, and a touch of lemon zest.
A cocktail that speaks the language of Florence: bold, unexpected, unforgettable.

Served straight from the bronze snout of Il Porcellino, it carries the taste and spirit of the city itself.

🇬🇧Welcome to the 1564 Lounge Bar, Matteo Zed's new Florentine creation, inside The James Suite Hotel 1564. Is it a bar with thirteen secrets, a spell and lots of pop references (it tells you something «First reaction: shock»? It became a French 75).

THE FAVA BEAN COCKTAIL ✨
Tuscan fava beans take center stage in this bold creation: blended into a smooth purée, they meet tequila and mezcal, lifted by notes of fake lime and elderflower, and balanced by the striking touch of black salt on the rim.
