What a weekend! @newportmarathon out on such a wonderful half marathon this weekend. Beautiful course with a stunning sunrise at the beginning and the best company in @eugenieinabottle. Gave jt a really solid effort and starting to feel a bit better about all that training I did. Newport doesn’t disappoint either. 10/10 no notes.

How it started and how it’s (still) going. 8 years into the BEST decision I ever made and I can’t wait to see where we go in the next 8. Happy Anniversary @matthewous. I love you. Let’s go have an abenture.

@nyrr Group Training Week 6 was a blast with my fellow Engineers Gate Coaches. Nice 30min workout with 30sec surges every 3mins and everyone crushed the workout. I even crushed my Cherry Slushy Drink after leaving me wired like that animal😜
Great Work to everyone training right now, keep pushing forward. Please hydrate, listen to your bodies and have fun.
