Thirteen years into this, and yes, I still work the kitchen, the counter, the tables and patios, marketing--when I can.

Why, six locations in, would I still do that?

I'm a co-owner of Sessions alongside some of the best people I know. This isn't a job I'm doing for someone else. It's ours.

Some of you know us from the patio on a weekend. Some from a tray that showed up at your office on a Tuesday.

Different plate. Same standard.

Somebody's name is on that catering order. Somebody's family is at that table. Either way, if we're short, that's on us.

Right count, right labels, right time, every single time. Doesn't matter where you're eating it.

That's what Eating Radical means to me. Not a tagline. A habit I haven't broken in a decade.

Whether you're ordering for your team or grabbing a table this weekend, I want it boring in the best way. Everything there, nothing missing.

Shoot me a DM or comment RADICAL and I'll take care of it myself.

Thanks for trusting a small business with feeding your people.

13 years ago…a lot has changed but we stay committed to being constant.

13 years.

That is how long it has been since we opened up with one idea. Invite OC locals into eating radical.

I still think about how simple that sounded at the time.

Maybe it is the sandwich.

Maybe it is the produce we source close to home because it just tastes better and there was never a good reason to do it another way.

Maybe it is a patio on a Saturday when nobody is in a hurry to be anywhere.

I honestly cannot point to one thing.

But somewhere in those 13 years, Sessions stopped being a place people visit and turned into a community. People who care about eating radical the same way we do. Families with a usual order. Teams and companies who bring us into their offices. Birthdays, parties, the random Tuesday that turned into something.

From the counter to the patio. From our kitchen to your office and your kitchen table.

That is not something you build on your own. You built it with us.

13 years in, I am grateful. Genuinely.

Tell me your usual in the comments. I want to see them.

Thank you for supporting a small business and eating radical with us.
