Pauly’s bucks 🍻 Pub golf: 9 holes, 400 rules. Unhinged public dares dropping all day to keep us on our toes. No one safe from a side quest. Caulfield Cup syndicates with zero financial literacy. Many cans sunk, with Jimmy from @honeststeakreviews on BBQ and chimmi churri duties. Op shopping for the bucks fit and all the banter!

“Upper what?!”

“How’s your night going?” “Good” “can’t hear you, say it again?”

“Where is Vella?”

“Have you been to Angus and Bon? Best steak you’ve got to go try it with the tartare”

Elite weekend. Group chat remains classified.

HUGE thank you post to @mattravaa

Thank you for asking me to be your coach (and boyfriend), for trusting me, and giving me the opportunity to follow my passion!! I have learnt a shit tonne and for that bro I am so grateful. I feel beyond privilidge brother, you’re an amazing athlete and an even better bloke.

What you have accomplished so far in only your first go at this thing is something to be proud of, especially knowing everything you have had to juggle outside of bodybuilding to make it happen!! And I know this season has only lit a fire under you that will take you far in this federation.

I’m bloody proud of ya bruzzy, and even more excited to see what comes next for you 🔥🔥

Peak week is underway for everyone competing at FMG this weekend 🤝

I’m excited to watch friends, fellow athletes and those I’ve built lifelong friendships with step on that stage, they’ve tipped everything into it, seeing how hard they’ve worked to get here makes me proud as fuck.
———
And to @mattravaa & @maddiemurdoch stepping up this weekend who have done everything they can to bring the best version of themselves, I’m pumped to see you two have your moment under the stage lights. Proud as punch 🥹

Shows like this have given me memories and friendships I’ll have for life.

💥 FMG WEEKEND 💥

Firstly want to say a massive thankyou to @fmgshows_nz for putting on an amazing show truly an amazing experience to be apart of.

Not the result we wanted over the weekend, but that’s life. We take the lessons, learn from our mistakes, improve and come back better next time.

Beyond grateful for the experience and for the opportunity to share the stage with such a great bunch of guys who I can now genuinely call friends. The standard was incredibly high, and being able to stand up there alongside you all was an experience I’ll never forget.

To the boys who placed and took home Pro status it was truly well deserved. The hard work you put in throughout prep clearly showed, and it was awesome to see it rewarded accordingly. 🫡

A massive thank you to everyone who supported me throughout this prep. To those who flew over for the show, the team at work, at the gym, my friends and family, and everyone who supported me through the day-to-day life you genuinely mean the world to me. None of it went unnoticed, and I appreciate every message, check-in, bit of encouragement and sacrifice more than you know.

And last but not least to my coach and best mate thank you for your guidance, patience and belief in me every step of the way. You’ve helped me achieve something I once only hoped I could do, and I’m extremely grateful to have you in my corner.

This one didn’t go our way, but we’re taking everything from it and using it as fuel. We’ll be back bigger, better and hungrier next year. 🤙🏽❤️
