huge thanks to @karmaforcara for a $1000 micro-grant and @mattskindness for the $500 kindness grant!

with the support of these two lovely organizations, we are so grateful to share that we were able to create and distribute 350 kits to child guidance center, right here in orange county.

we also want to shout out @hsyat for supporting us with volunteers since our beginnings -- we love working with community youth and providing meaningful service opportunities.

thank you! we hope to keep spreading sunshine, one care package at a time 🌻

How does one pose with a book they are featured in? 🧐

@mattskindness kindly included me in their extraordinary book “Kindness Heroes” and I’m feeling a lot of emotions. To be called a hero is an exciting honor that I don’t take lightly. And, for me it comes with a cape that reads imposter syndrome in massive letters— yet I keep coming back to this organization’s phenomenal mission, which is now immortalized in their remarkable book: to create ripples of kindness.

MKRO shines a light on people who activate kindness around the world in memory of Matt Kurtz. As someone who has experienced a loss like the Kurtz family, I felt immediately drawn to their mission and deeply grateful that they have shown support to @artofkindnesspod and I over the years.

I can’t wait to discover the “heroes” flying high in the pages of this book and am thrilled to be muppeting amongst them. Congratulations, Jackie and family! Thank you for your kindness.
