GROW YOUR GLUTES WITHOUT
STRAINING YOUR LOWER BACK with the
Smith machine and a resistance band only 🍑💪🏽

Train with control, use a weight that is challenging for YOU, keep your core engaged, and pay attention to your lower back, protect it with your core strength 💆🏽‍♀️ Better technique helps you get more out of every rep.

DO THESE 5 STRETCHES WHEN YOU WAKE UP WITH A TIGHT LOWER BACK🙆🏽‍♀️

1. TABLETOP TO DOWN DOG
Mobilizes your spine, hips and hamstrings
2. LATERAL BEND
Loosens the sides of your lower back
3. CAT-COW
Mobilizes your whole spine
4. THREAD THE NEEDLE
Adds rotation so your lower back doesn’t do all the work
5. STRADDLE PANCAKE
Opens tight hips, inner thighs & hamstrings

20-MIN BACK + GLUTES 🔥 Do it with me LETZ GOOO!!!

The number one excuse that people make is time, and this is really a bad excuse because when you want to work out, you can. You can get a solid session in 20 minutes, and here is an example.

Time is not an excuse. You make excuses or you make results. SHOW UP 💪🏽

Mobility doesn’t always have to look like stretching. Sometimes, you just have to dance💃🏽

BURN FAT EVEN AFTER YOUR WORKOUT?
It’s called the EPOC effect🔥

When you combine strength + intensity (not just cardio), your body can’t snap back to normal right away. It has to keep working to recover, restore oxygen, bring your heart rate down, repair your muscles.

And recovery costs energy. So your body keeps burning calories even after you put the dumbbells down.

Strength + Cardio+ intensity = FAT BURN that doesn’t clock out when you do✅

Want to know how to use EPOC for YOUR goal? Comment “EPOC” and I’ll break it down for you 👇🏽
