Apparently dance fitness has rules. Nobody wrote them down… so we did. IYKYK!

And yes, putting your water bottle down absolutely means this spot is TAKEN. We don’t make the rules. (Okay… maybe we just did. 😂)

Swipe through the Unwritten Rules of Dance Fitness and tell us:

👇🏽 What rule did we miss?

We already know y’all have some good ones. 😂

There is something SO powerful about watching someone step into a Soul Train line and just LET GO. ✨

Drop the ego. Forget who’s watching. Let that inner child OUT. Be silly. Be bold. Be FREE.

Because it takes courage to be seen.

THIS is FEELS. 💜

It’s never just been about dancing. It’s about creating a space where you can put down the armor, get out of your head and just BE YOU.

And sometimes the work looks like healing… and sometimes it looks like strutting your ass down a Soul Train line. 😂🔥

That’s FEELS. That’s freedom. @feelslifestyle
