It happens to everyone‼️

These are the things that I repeatedly find myself doing to make sure that one bad dive doesn’t affect the rest of my list.

The key is figuring out what works for you, and how to actually apply it in a competition.

Team USA diver started as a six-year-old in swim lessons, eyeing the dive team next door. Now he’s training for a shot at LA — and sharing the layered safety systems that make diving possible.

Behind every dive is a coach who teaches, encourages, challenges, and believes. Today, we’re celebrating our incredible MVND coaches who dedicate countless hours to helping our divers build confidence, develop their skills, overcome challenges, and become their best—both on the boards and beyond.

Thank you for the energy, expertise, and heart you bring to the pool every day. We are so grateful for all you do for our athletes and the Nadadores family!

Happy National Coaches Day to the best! 💙💛
