WORLDS 2026 🇿🇦
First international meet‼️

First of all, I wanna thank @jochenstrubbe and @maxim_stepman for helping me throughout the day and making sure everything went well and that the right choices were made.

I also want to thank @neytje.the.powerlifter for making sure I hit weight and made sure I ate and drank enough throughout the day.

And then, of course, a big thank you to everyone who believed in me and supported me.🫶

I had the best prep ever. Everything went better than ever, and every lift felt stronger than ever. The biggest goal for this meet was simply to do better than my previous meet and that’s exactly what we did. Better on squat and bench. It’s unfortunate how deadlift went, but I’m thankful my third attempt worked out.

Now it’s time to work even harder. Next time will be better!

Worlds 2026 🇿🇦

My first international competition as a junior and I ended up 5th in the world! I’m really grateful that I’m capable of doing this and very happy with the result.
I’m also extremely grateful for all the people around me who supported me and helped me get here.

Deadlift

My biggest goal for this meet was simply to not leave disappointed, especially because this was my first international meet as a junior. I’m really happy I was able to do this, because I didn’t have the best prep.
Knowing that I still managed to put together a 480kg total and finish 5th in the world makes me even more proud of this result.
I’m so EXCITED to keep working towards the European Championships and all the competitions after that. This is only the beginning, and I can’t wait to see what’s next!
