Dear Boys,

I don’t do this often, but I feel a note to this specific group is appropriate. The words of an Instagram post can’t describe the amount of appreciation I have for you all…

From the winter of 2024 to the spring of 2026, you boys not only touched, but put back together the heart I have for the game we all love to suit up for. We went through it all with rollercoasters of ups and downs, serious postgame discussions, laughs, handshakes, a state title and the love built through out the 2 years…

You boys are the background and foundation to the greatest two years of my life, and how it was scripted I wouldn’t want it any other way.

To the men of 2026, truly, deeply, thank you. I love you all, and our hugs after this year are forever. To the men moving on, be good. I’ll be watching you from a far and cheering with the same heart when we shared a jersey.

January Testing Day 📈

Numbers are skyrocketing—but what most people don’t see is the work these dudes have put in since November to earn them.

The last 10 weeks were a progressive ramp-up— refining mechanics, improving movement efficiency, building tissue capacity, and gradually increasing intent so everything showed up cleaner and louder in January
