We asked the team: what stood out most from our team days? Some talked about the workshops, finally understanding the real person behind every property search. Others couldn’t stop talking about the e-bike ride and the incredible locals we met along the way. And yes, more than a few mentioned that wagyu at Can Nemo. But what came through in every single answer was the same thing: how good it feels to step out of the daily routine, reconnect as a team, and remember why we do what we do. These are the moments that make Ibiza Estates more than a company. They make us a team. More days like these coming soon. #IbizaEstates #TeamDays #TeamSpirit #BehindTheScenes

𝗔 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗟𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗡𝗼 𝗢𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿! 💪🌅 What a day it was! Together with @theshiftibiza, we took on an unforgettable 12-hour team challenge that pushed us physically, mentally, and emotionally. From 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM, we walked nearly 17 kilometers, tackled all kinds of team-based activities, and shared deep, personal reflections that brought us even closer. Thank you to The Shift for designing such a powerful and meaningful teambuilding experience, one we’ll never forget. ❤️ This day reminded us of something we already knew: We’re not just colleagues, we’re family and at the core of what we do, helping with buying, selling, and rentals, is a deep commitment to helping each other, too. And that’s truly something special. 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸! 🚀 #ibizaestates #teamchallenge #theshiftibiza #theshift #teamwork #strongertogether #ibizaadventure
