Inspired by all of the recent conversations happening about women’s bodies, I am excited to announce that I’ll be starting to host monthly women’s only yoga classes, with a 1 hour choice-based asana practice followed by a 1 hour (leave at any time) group workshop/conversation as a safe space to talk about anything 💗. Classes will be taught by @mayaa.shapiro, and conversations will be facilitated alongside @priscillaaborg, @katelyn.wheelock595, and @ashlyn.brady.22 💟

Women spend most of our days existing in our sympathetic nervous systems because of the very real threats that society imposes. Practicing choice-based yoga can be an excellent option for reactivating our parasympathetic nervous systems and getting back in touch with our bodies!!

Stay tuned for details about the first class ❣️

Still trying to find the words for this chapter. 🌙✨

I came to the desert hoping to become a yoga teacher… but I left with so much more than a certification.

I found community. I found connection. I found a deeper love and understanding of myself.

What started as something I never thought I’d love became one of the most healing journeys of my life.

A little piece of my heart will always live in Joshua Tree — forever grateful for the lessons, friendships, and magic this chapter gave me. 🤍

If you’re rebuilding, healing, or stepping into a new version of yourself… I hope you know you’re not alone.

Come follow along as I continue sharing my healing journey, the messy moments, and all the magic in between. ✨🌙
