This place is such a hidden gem—delicious Thai food, yummy cocktails, and dessert. They also have gluten-free and halal options.

My fave highlights were the mango sticky rice and the coconut prawns… literally so good 😍

Also, the owners and the whole service team are *so* kind and welcoming—10/10 vibes.

Happy 2025 Besties.🍸🍸

I checked out @mimibar_yeg last month with some of my foodie friends. It’s this super laid-back lobby bar located in the Citizen’s on Jasper Building at 12016 Jasper Ave. (Street parking only)

They’re open from Wednesday to Sunday, starting at 6 PM and going until late, but just a heads up—you need to have at least 10 people to make a reservation.

Honestly, it’s one of the coolest new spots in Edmonton! There are a few nice cocktail bars around, but Mimi really stands out with its aesthetic & modern vibe. The interior design is fantastic and totally reminds me of some of the chic European bars I’ve visited!

If you are already visiting @olia_ristorante (by @danielc0sta ) you don’t have to worry about waiting or making a reservation since Mimi is right next door. (Disclaimer: If you want to make sure you get a table at Mimi Bar, it's smart to put your name on the list ahead of time. The place gets super packed with walk-ins, so reserving a spot can save you from waiting around, especially during busy hours when the crowd really picks up. )

It has a more relaxed vibe, a cozy atmosphere, and some delicious small bites, all made with that same expert touch from the shared kitchen.

Just had a Christmas hangout with the foodies 👯‍♂️, and it was hosted! Big shoutout to @the_sobanyeg and @yeg.baking for setting it up! 🎄🥹

We hit up Soban Sushi & Asian Taste, which is this cozy spot that mixes up Korean and Japanese vibes.

Honestly, it’s always a great choice for dine-in or takeout! I’ve never been let down here—the sushi is always super fresh. The portions are huge, and everything is so tasty. The salmon sashimi was buttery and totally worth it. My faves were the assorted tempura and butter fish nigiri. Presentation, taste, freshness—definitely a 10/10.

Did you know there's an express line even during these long line ups at Krispy Kreme? From parking to walking out of the store with my donuts took me only 6 minutes!
