📢 DAY 2: MY TWO WORLDS

Hello folks 👋

Happy to have you journey with me as I take you through the rigour and navigation pathway of my two worlds as a student :

Balancing the micro-world of organisms with the macro-world of campus tech leadership. 🔬✨

Juggling the rigorous demands of studying Microbiology at Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) while serving as both a Departmental Executive and the TechCrush Campus Innovator Lead is no small feat.

My days are a masterclass in time management, moving from intensive laboratory sessions to strategic community planning and event coordination.
But beneath the lectures and leadership responsibilities lies my ultimate passion: Visual Storytelling through Graphics & Motion Design. 🎨🎬

People often ask me how studying bacteria and fungi connects to keyframes and typography. The truth is, they complement each other perfectly:

Microbiology has trained my eye for microscopic detail, precision, and the patience required to build complex structures from scratch.

Leadership as a TechCrush Lead and Departmental Exec has honed my communication, project management, and understanding of how community experiences are built.

Graphics & Motion Design is where it all comes together—allowing me to take complex ideas and translate them into dynamic, visually striking digital experiences.

Every late-night design render and every successfully executed campus tech initiative brings me one step closer to my goal: bridging the gap between structure and creativity in the tech space. 🚀

It gets hectic, but the journey of building a community while building my own creative skill set makes every stressful day entirely worth it.
To my fellow students balancing academics, leadership, and tech ambitions—keep pushing. The hustle is preparing us for the big stage. 💼

On the 18th January, 2026, we dedication Jahriel to God Almighty. He is the heritage of God, and we are deeply thankful for life, for preservation, for grace, and for the faithfulness of God through every step of this journey. What He has given us, we return to Him with grateful hearts, asking for wisdom, guidance, and divine covering over our child.

Jahriel, you will serve God with the whole of your heart. Your steps are ordered by the Lord. You will be taught by the Lord and great shall be your peace. God bless and keep you. Keep growing in the grace and strength of God 🙏🙏.
