POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

The most incredible transformation from our girl Mich who is not just lean & strong but has a new found confidence in the way she carries herself and in her own self belief - she’s an entirely different person 🥰

Mich is down 11kg & has had a total body recomp 🔥

Mich had already been training for 6 years. She had already been putting in the work but she felt stuck. She so badly wanted to feel confident in activewear and in a crop top.

A personalised NON restrictive nutrition plan, structured training & support, accountability & clarity were the missing pieces.

Mich like most of our clients:
- train 4x a week in the gym
- Flexible tracking
- Weekly meals out
- No extreme lifestyle sacrifices, she was able to socialise still & build a lifestyle that enables her to achieve this result and maintain it.

Our program is designed to be the FINAL destination, that is a promise ✨

Popular isn’t the same as proven. ☕

That was the idea behind this week’s media briefing for @taikhealth at @crownsydney, where cardiologist @drhosenkiat Kiat launched TAIK Functional Instant Coffee with a simple challenge to the wellness category: show what’s in each serve, how much, and what the evidence does and doesn’t say.

Alongside him, ophthalmologist @drtanyatrinh Trinh and dermatologist Dr Adrian Lim brought heart, eye and skin health into one conversation about healthy ageing.

Behind the scenes, we led media relations, ran the interviews on the day and are following up with journalists now.

Thank you to the journalists and creators who joined us, to the TAIK Health team for trusting us with the launch, and to @alexpats for hosting.

TAIK Health officially launches at Crown Sydney ☕

A milestone worth sharing. On 15 October, we brought together clinicians, media and guests to celebrate TAIK Health and introduce TAIK Functional Instant Coffee.

Formulated with cardiologist and co-founder @drhosenkiat, our Australian-made coffee combines premium Robusta coffee, oat beta-glucan, coconut-derived MCTs and Ceylon cinnamon. Each serve provides 2.3g of dietary fibre, with no added sugar, dairy, artificial flavours or preservatives.

Our message is simple: popularity isn’t proof. What’s in each serve, how much, and the evidence behind it all matter.

A special thank you to our TAIK Clinical Collaborators:
• @drtanyatrinh, ophthalmologist and corneal surgeon, bringing her expertise in eye health.
• Dr Adrian Lim, dermatologist and phlebologist, sharing his expertise in skin and vein health.

Thank you to all the media and guests who joined the conversation, and to everyone who helped make the launch possible.

Every year it’s the same story
October hits, panic sets in and suddenly you’re “locking in” again

Strict diet, extra cardio, a few good weeks… then summer ends, life happens and you’re right back where you started (most often, further)

weight creeps back on, the diet cycles starts over & over

(respectfully, it’s not going work again)🩷

And it’s not an effort thing.
If effort was the answer, you’d be done by now

it’s all the layers & aspects other programs have always missed
⛳️Behaviour change
⛳️Identity shifting
⛳️Long-term strategy
⛳️Sustainable & realistic nutrition
⛳️A plan beyond the deficit
⛳️Clarity & accountability

A quick fix & 8-week program was just never built to last

My clients don’t get ready for summer.

🌺 They get in great shape once, then learn how to keep it through every summer, Christmas, holiday and busy season after it

That’s the difference between a shred and a transformation

If you want this to be the last summer you start over, DM me READY

And keep your eyes peeled, I might have something coming soon 👀

We’d never worked with protein before this collab.

Matcha has always been our world — but protein? That was new territory. Back in July, we walked in with an idea for a protein collab with @mazzfit , and it meant learning a whole new side of nutrition — why protein actually matters, not just how to make it taste good.

Weeks of taste-tests, tweaked recipes, and a lot of “let’s try this differently” moments later, this is what came out of it. Not just yum. Actually good for you too.

Now live at Oh!Matcha, Regent Place & Chatswood Chase 🍵
