I went to a goodwill in the Silicon Valley area and stumbled across the book section. I came across a book called “how to get to where you want to be” by Jack Canfield. Looked interesting enough and ended up using it as my gym book. (Cardio= dead time you can easily use to educate yourself)
The first few chapters he asks you what do you want? What do you think your purpose is? I didn’t answer. I just kept reading. By the middle of the book though it clicked. I was walking my dog in the rain and the thought just popped in my head.
I want to support and inspire others.
The greatest joys I’m able to get in life is when I give to those who I keep close. So listening to one’s dreams and helping them pursue it? God knows I’d only feel gratitude every night.
I wrote it down. Must have been early February? I wrote a list of my goals to accompany my purpose in life.
Nowhere did I write become an influencer.
So I’m unknowing if this is a route meant to lead me further or keep me distracted.
Can you guide me?

Woah guys. I was literally sitting outside writing this and a guy came up to me trying to hit on me but it was quickly rejected and redirected into quite a spiritual tone and he went to spend the next 30 minutes reaffirming parts of my identity I needed to hear. He told me as long as I have dreams I will achieve them, told me a few book to read, asked me what I felt my purpose was….exactly what I was writing about he talked to me about. Without context. Strange how the universe works huh.
Later I found myself sitting on a bench with my dad and he asked me what was on my mind. And so we talked about this account. And he said maybe I’m just not cut out for it. And truly I agree. It came too quickly. I never asked for it, it just happened. I am sucked into something that doesn’t provide me with anything tangible.
I don’t like it when it’s the first thing people ask me about when they see me.
I don’t like how it’s an identity being placed upon me.
The numbers don’t mean anything to me. I’ve reached 200k with no purpose in what to do it with.
So I’m back to square one. What is my purpose?

I’m so excited and I hope you guys love them!!! Ik it sucks that it’s only a size small currently but I will be getting my patterns graded and releasing a larger capsule with more sizes in June/July. Also will be selling the patterns around that time! All the fabric is second hand an thrifted cotton, most are old men’s tshirts or kids clothes (they have the best patterns haha)
