🔥🔥🔥- Fine China Dance Fitness Choreo - COME GET YOU SOME This choreo—‘Fine China’ by Chris Brown- The growth, both personally and professionally that this Choreo and experience has given me is beyond what I expected. By the Grace of God, it has given me the opportunity to grow: emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually! The belief it built inside of me continues to grow to new heights! I’m thankful for that. It’s brought me tremendous joy, happiness, and excitement. I’ve seen that same joy, happiness, abd excitement in those that have been in and outside my class…in AZ and Outside of AZ. Special shout out to Mckenna, Christina, Sammi, and Stephanie for doing this with me. Forever thankful and grateful.#choreography #dance #dancefitness #chrisbrown #swag 🧠 - @bobplusonthefloor 🎶 - @chrisbrownofficial “Fine China” 🎥 - @prodancemedia 💃 - @mckennadancefit @phoebeofaz @sammijo888 @boldlybeautiful1980 🎬 - “Behind The Scenes” @katiedarr5 📍 - @dancefitnesstempe

✨Sculpt class was so fun!! ….so we’re doing it again! Mark your calendars for round 2 of this epic pop-up class that left our barre babes sore, the strength queens shaking, and everyone with a smile on their face. Sculpt to the Beat is strength training with a soundtrack, and a really good one (to be clear)💪🏻🎶 This full-body workout blends strength, endurance, and rhythm into one energizing class. Using light weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight, every movement is performed to the tempo of the music. Think strength…meets pilates…meets dance🔥 The music sets the pace, creating a smooth, motivating flow from start to finish while helping you focus on proper control and time under tension. Expect a workout that’s challenging, effective, and fun—leaving you feeling stronger, energized, and accomplished. 🔥Sculpt to the Beat 🗓️Friday August 28th ⏰6:00 PM - 7:00 PM 📍Moms on Fire Fitness Studio 💪🏻$16 members / $20 non-members Don’t miss this one - your glutes, and your abs - will thank you.
