From deep-dive masterclasses with industry legends to late-night pours in some of the finest agave spots in the country, the response to the 2026 @cascahuin Australia Tour was nothing short of unbelievable.

A massive thank you to every host, venue, bartender, and agave lover who opened their doors, shared a glass, and showed us the very best of Melbourne’s world-class hospitality scene. Sharing the history, the craft, and the tradition of additive-free tequila with a community this passionate makes every mile worth it.

@billyvancreamy will be slinging special horchata choc tops from their cool little cart too!

Bring your plates of food from the street, comfortably slurp your huge micheladas whilst also being able to feast on your favourite Tortas and Tacos.

Beat the heat and crowds in our fruity little sanctuary for all to enjoy ❤️

Kicking off Friday night from 5pm until late and carrying on all day Saturday/Sunday.

CARNITAS TORTA
Slow Braised Pork Belly and Shoulder that just melts in your mouth, stuffed into a Bolillo Roll with salad, house made salsas and refried bean.
You can see the work and ingredients that go into each one.
We have professional chefs preparing all of our meals. We support local butchers, bakers and fresh produce suppliers. We use a tonne of imported Mexican ingredients that aren’t readily accessible.

It’s been 5 years of Tortas and Tacos!
We’re keeping the kitchen open late Friday and Saturday nights until Xmas to party with you all.
Some of our favourite regulars are DJing for us Friday night and Skydiver are in charge of the tunes on Saturday night.
Bar will be open until late both nights with drink specials from 9pm until stumps.
Perfect for a late night pit stop after dinner, before a show or a cheap comfy knock off after a long day in the weeds.
Thank you to everyone who has helped and supported us over the years and we look forward to meeting all of our new regulars.
