Hi. It’s was my birthday. I bought a truck and vlogged it on my channel. I got to hang out with my friends, ride bikes, boat, swim, eat, drink, laugh. It was a perfect day and also my first birthday without my Dad. Which is just weird. It doesn’t make sense.

And it just fucking sucks.

Sometimes, it’s just easier to act like he was out of town or something. But the reality is - that’s how powerful love is. His impact was greater than he ever knew and I am just thankful to have such good people in my life.

Also, I wasn’t gonna do it but I’m so glad I vlogged getting this truck because in the editing process, I went down a rabbit hole of archival footage that I have captured over the years and found some great memories with my Dad (the clip of me showing him 0-60 makes me 😀😭).

That whole video was just cool for me to see some key moments from my life strung together like that and reflect on the progression I’ve made in my career (s/o to me always documenting everything lol).

It’s been a slow ride to the top but I’ve loved every minute of it and the people I get to do it with.
