THIS IS NOT A PARTY SONG, BABY IT’S A THREAT!

this is truly one of the best things I’ve ever created and I am so incredibly lucky to have made it with the most amazing people 😭 this album is about being angry!!! and looking back at your younger self and knowing you deserved better!!! it’s about being loud and taking up space and not ever ever ever letting anyone make you feel small!! I love these songs with my whole heart and healed a lot while making it and I hope these songs remind you that you deserve to embrace all of your weirdness and beauty and flaws :’)

a huge thank you to my incredible producers @itslostboy @joeljonesmusic @fatherbobbytownsend @matthew.boda @realdrewlouis @nydgemusic @atn_machine

my incredible co-writers @alexislynnmusic @girlwhowritestunes @zoe.giosa.hirsch @tigerdarrow @rachelbochner

and the amazing @jackemblem for mixing and @studiodmi for mastering the album

A HUGE thank you to @drelladarko for doing the insane cover shoot

my incredible team @witblu and @amanda_brommel at @soundonglobal for their support and encouragement during this entire process

And of course, my incredible video team who trusted every single vision and made all of my weird girl dreams come true!! every. single. video.

videos shot by the amazing @adcutit and @brett5d_
and co-direction by the amazing @hannahavison

I had my girls @mckenzers and @nonsensicalcreations building and hand painting every single set piece and prop because AI will NEVER touch my art :))))

AND @mckenzers made me look insane and magical and flawless every shoot, hire this girl for your makeup BEFORE EVERYONE ELSE SCOOPS HER UP

and finally thank you x100000000 to @matthewbrandonstories @its_snaves @nccarwile @thatssokatie97 @ameliawatsonlive @comicbookviking @connor.w.e @acidfairy_ @morganneyambro @ursludgemommy @lindsphoto @coco.joelle @joeythedancer @bexthetrex_x @theemaxzee and Gwen for showing up and dancing in the smallest spaces on the hottest days all over Los Angeles and making every single shoot so so so so fun

I owe all of these people so much and I think I’ve used the word incredible like 500 times but I mean EVERY single one

thank you for listening 😈🖤

I hate to say it but I’ve been feeling like this may be my last year doing my 1 Second a Day videos. It’s losing its luster for me. It’s been a lovely 8 years doing it!! Wow I actually can’t believe I’ve done it for that long.

McKenzie said this picture was “too 80s” and I thought “I can make it even more 80s than that”
