For her, the Gravity Mat changed how core work feels.

PELVIC MOTOR CONTROL 🏋🏻‍♂️🏌🏻🤾🏻
.
.
TRY THESE TWO ROTATIONAL MOVEMENTS TO HELP UTILIZE ROTATIONAL POWER:
.
.
BAND ROTATIONS FROM 1/2 KNEELING TO DBLE KNEELING POSITIONS TO REINFORCE PELVIC MOTOR CONTROL WHILE ROTATING.
.
.
IMPROVING THE TRUNK, SPINE AND LOWER EXTREMITY MOVEMENT CONTROL WILL HELP HIP MUSCLE STRENGTH, INCREASE SPEED AND INCREASE POWER. BEING UNABLE TO STAY STACKED IS AN ISSUE IN ROTATIONAL INEFFICIENCY AND CAN CAUSE PAIN IF LEFT WEAK OR UNTRAINED.

Fall seven times, stand up eight. Keep showing up, even when it’s hard. Then do a pull-up.

If it was easy, everyone would have what you wanted. Remember the end goal you prayed for 🙏🏻
