🎾 Happy Friday!

When you’re unpacking a client into their new home and discover their tennis racket… naturally, you have to take it out for a little test drive! 😂

With the US Open right around the corner, we figured it was the perfect time to get in a little practice. 😉

Okay… maybe this racket isn’t exactly court-ready—it’s actually oversized wall art! But hey, we’re always ready to have a little fun while getting the job done. 🎾🏡

Just a little Friday fun to head into the weekend! ☀️

POV You’re a finch & your homeowners are enjoying a vacation

We’ll keep the feeders full & the finches happy.

That’s because when our clients are away, we’re on duty—keeping an eye on the house and running the bird café!

When the trash bins need a little VIP treatment. 🗑️✨

Our Concierge team helped coordinate a designated, secure area for our client’s trash bins—keeping them organized, contained, and protected from unwanted pests.

Because sometimes it’s the little projects that make the biggest difference.

You have the to-do list. We’ll check it off. ✔️

Moving day is about more than unpacking boxes—it’s about helping you feel at home from the very first night.

While we’re carefully unpacking, we receive your grocery delivery, stock the refrigerator and pantry, and tuck everything away so your new home is ready when you walk through the door.

It’s the little details that make all the difference. At Eldredge Property Services, we want everything to be just the way you like it—because your first night in your new home should feel effortless. 🏡✨

Move Management
✨ Thoughtful help. Smoother moves. Happier homes. ✨

One of the greatest joys of what we do is meeting the kindest families and helping them through one of life’s biggest transitions.

Whether it’s a move across town or across the country, our goal is always the same—to take the stress off your shoulders so you can focus on what matters most.

At Eldredge Property Services, we’re here to make every move feel a little easier and every new house feel like home. ❤️

Some projects remind us that what we do is about so much more than managing homes—it’s about serving people and honoring what matters most to them.

When the Sisters entrusted Eldredge Property Services with coordinating the repair and reinstallation of the cross at their chapel, we were deeply honored.

We believe every home, every property, and every meaningful place has a story. Being trusted to help preserve those stories is a responsibility we never take lightly.

Whether we’re coordinating a special project, preparing a home for family, or simply taking one more task off a client’s shoulders, we approach every job with the same dedication, compassion, and attention to detail.

Because at Eldredge Property Services, service is more than what we do—it’s who we are. Consider it done. ❤️

A staged home is all about helping buyers see the potential—and that includes the playroom. A few thoughtful touches can transform a space completely. Ahh… that feels better!

The finishing touch

After a day of staging, organizing, & preparing this beautiful home for its photo shoot, our team member arrived with the perfect final detail — a fresh bouquet of white peonies.

It’s often the little touches that help a house feel warm, welcoming, and ready to shine. ✨

Wishing our client all the best as their home hits the market. Thank you for trusting us to help showcase it at its very best!
