Hi there, folks! How are you? It’s hard to fathom that we’re now in July & in the second half of 2026. Tonight, I’m here to put a bow on what happened at the end of June, especially this past Sunday. Sunday afternoon marked the end of an era in New York thoroughbred racing history. 🐴🐎🏇 Aqueduct Racetrack, which has been a part of a powerful trio of racetracks in New York thoroughbred racing under the direction of New York Racing Association (NYRA), had their final card ever after 132 years (and after reopening 67 years ago) of being the longest running racetrack 🐴🐎🏇 within the vicinity of NYC. I’ve been following Aqueduct since I was seven years old, and I had a deeper connection with Aqueduct than I did with Belmont Park & Saratoga when I was watching the races on television. More than 20 years later, I made my first ever visit to Aqueduct for the 2022 Wood Memorial, where Mo Donegal 🐴🐎🏇 won that particular rendition that year. Over the course of 4 years, I attended 5 straight Wood Memorial cards, a Cigar Mile card (the last one ever [2025]), a Woodward card, 2 Belmont at the Big A fall opening day cards with Steeplechase racing, and this past Sunday, the farewell card at Aqueduct. Ten in-person appearances at Aqueduct & the last one was the most meaningful to me. While I’m heartbroken 💔 & sad 😢 that Aqueduct will be gone as a racing facility soon, I’ll forever be grateful & blessed 😇 for the memories I’ve made over the last four years, and I’ll be looking forward to a new era in the history of New York thoroughbred racing when the new Belmont Park 🐴🐎🏇 opens this fall. Thank you for the memories, Aqueduct 🐴🐎🏇, you’ll never be forgotten! 🤗💙 You will always be remembered as the longest surviving New York City’s racetrack! 🤗💙🐴🐎🏇 And furthermore, you will always be in my heart! 🤗💙 Thanks very much for reading this post, ladies & gentlemen! I really do appreciate it! Please continue to take care of yourselves & your mental health! Good night, ladies & gentlemen, and as the late, great Harvey Pack used to say, “may the horse 🐴🐎🏇 be with you”! #ThanksForTheMemoriesAqueduct #WednesdayTribute 🙋🏽‍♂️🤗💙💚🩵🩷❤️💜🫶🏽🤟🏽✌🏽🙏🏽🌈✨💫🌟

Hi there, folks! Good evening, ladies & gentlemen! I’ve been very busy & overwhelmed the last few weeks, but I’m here tonight to share what yours truly have been up to. Recently, on April 4th, I’ve attended my fifth & final Wood Memorial Day at Aqueduct before it moves to the new Belmont Park for next year. The G2 $750,000 Wood Memorial this year wasn’t one for the ages (in terms of time), but it was a very competitive race. The final rendition of the Wood Memorial at Aqueduct was won by Albus, with Jaime Torres (@jtorresjcky) in the irons & saddle for trainer Riley Mott (@rtmott17 | @mottracing), and the rest of the connections. They won the G2 Kentucky Derby prep race for 3-year-olds in an upset at 11-1 completing the 1 1/8M contest in 1:51.71. The card featured four other stake races with some nice, compelling, and memorable performances. After the races, I attended a comedy show performed by comedian Andie Fuentes. She shared a ton of funny moments, some heartbreak, and some compelling lessons. It was a wonderful experience for yours truly. Thanks very much, ladies & gentlemen, for reading this post. I really do appreciate it. Please do continue to take care of yourselves & your mental health. Good night, ladies & gentlemen! #TurnbackTuesday 🙋🏽‍♂️🤗💙💚💜🩷❤️🩵🫶🏽🤟🏽🌈🐴🐎🏇

Hi there, folks! How are you? I’m back on this Tuesday to put April to rest. This post might one of the most exciting that I’ve ever put together. Yours truly has done a little bit of everything in recent months. I had an opportunity to attend a local comedy show while celebrating the best of Riverdale here in the Bronx. Moreover, dating back to last month, I attended two Women’s History Month celebrations in the Bronx & Brooklyn. Now, leading up to a few big ones, I did this on a whim a couple of weeks ago. Recently, I had the opportunity to audition for the game show, Wheel of Fortune. It was a personality audition, and the ones that did well in the interview process, will get selected for a second interview & an actual audition. From there, they’ll play mock game of Wheel of Fortune to test the skills & performances of each person before they selected to play the actual game on television. Fingers crossed 🤞🏽 I get selected to advance, but no guarantees. Additionally, on this post, you’ll see a sneak peek of an interview I recently did. I did my first podcast pilot, and my first podcast episode in five years. I did my first interview with Miss Finger Lakes’ Teen, Lucille Esler, and there will be more interviews to come throughout the spring on my YouTube channel. Furthermore, at the end of this slideshow, you’ll see a clip of a music video, which stars Livia Barrell (@livibeee), and you’ll be surprised of what & whom you may see in that video. Some of you close to me know about this already. Also, I included a couple of leftover photos from St. Paddy’s Day ☘️🍀💚 this year as well. Ladies & gentlemen, I want to thank you all so much for reading & enjoying this post of surprises. I sincerely appreciate y’all. Please continue to take care of yourselves & your mental health. Thanks very much, ladies & gentlemen. Happy Derby 🐴🐎🏇 week & have a good one, folks! 🙋🏽‍♂️🤗💙💚🩷❤️💜🩵🫶🏽🤟🏽✌🏽🌈 #TurnbackTuesday

Hi there, folks! Good evening, ladies & gentlemen! As March comes to a close, I’m here tonight to share a quick post of some more events that’s happened recently. I had an opportunity to attend & march in my 3rd NYC St. Patrick’s Day ☘️🍀🇮🇪 parade, ran into a couple of Iona alums. Additionally, I attended a St. Patrick’s Day ☘️🍀🇮🇪 celebration in Woodlawn. Furthermore, earlier this month, I attended another women’s history month event which celebrated some incredible & compelling women making an impact on our society & economy. It was a fascinating month for yours truly, and I want to thank you all for reading this post, ladies & gentlemen. I really do appreciate it. Please continue to take care of yourselves & your mental health. Thanks very much, ladies & gentlemen. Enjoy April tomorrow. Good night, y’all! 🙋🏽‍♂️🤗☘️🍀🇮🇪🙋🏽‍♀️🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏿‍♀️🙋🏼‍♀️🙋🏾‍♀️💚💙🩷❤️💜🩵🫶🏽🤟🏽🌈 #TurnbackTuesday #MarchTribute

Same friend, different sport! ⚽️ Once I discovered that not only is the Gotham NY women’s football club the national champs, but they’re also not too far away, I knew I had to see a game. Just another way to support badass women’s sports! ☺️

Hi there, folks! A quick post to say a very happy Thanksgiving to you all! 🦃🍗🍽️🍁 This year was a year with a lot of difficult challenges, bad breaks, and even some health issues for yours truly. In the end, through so much self-reflection, I’m very grateful for every opportunity God was able to give throughout this year, especially the opportunity to reconnect with old longtime friends, reconnect with some old connections, and meet new people along the way. Additionally, I’m very grateful to God in helping me navigate so much of the difficult times throughout this year, especially overcoming some health issues & fears from earlier this year. Moreover, I’m very grateful for the people in my life who see the best in me, and believe in me. I’m very grateful for all that & more. Happy Thanksgiving, ladies & gentlemen! 🦃🍗🍽️🍁🙋🏽‍♂️🤗💙💚🩵🩷❤️💜🫶🏽🤟🏽👍🏽🙏🏽✌🏽🌈💫🌟✨ #ThanksgivingPost

Hi there, folks! How are you? This post is one of the most special ones I’ve all year. This post is a reflection of the last year because today is my birthday! 🎂🎉🎊🎁🍾🥂🪅🎈 Throughout the last year, I’ve dealt with so many challenges in my life, a lot of it which put a lot of stress on my body & my mental health, which resulted in some health problems throughout the year. Fortunately, all of those issues ended up being minor, but at the same time, I was smart enough to not take any chances. This year, in spite of all the things that brought me so much joy this year, I’ve spent much of the year putting myself, my health, and my mental health first. Why? Because if I don’t have my health, I have nothing. I’m hellbent on being here a long time by continuing to make a lot of necessary changes & making better decisions for myself. This year was a hard one, but through all of the challenges, I’m so incredibly grateful to see another birthday, and I pray that’ll be the case for many more years to come. I’m so grateful to everyone in my life who have been so supportive through good times & bad. I’m very blessed & thankful. Here are 20 of my favorite moments from the last year, including with the now Miss America (@missamerica), and some of my favorite people making a difference in the world (sorry, gentlemen, but the women 🗽 get to shine 🌟✨💫 on my birthday post. LOL!!! 😂🤣)! Ladies & gentlemen, thank you so much for reading this post & for supporting me all year. I’m truly grateful. Feel free to leave me a birthday message in the comments or DM me privately. Thanks very much, ladies & gentlemen, and please as always, take care of your health, especially your mental health. It really does matter & make a difference. Have a wonderful Sunday, everyone! 🙋🏽‍♂️🤗💙💚🩵🩷💜🫶🏽🤟🏽✌🏽🙏🏽🌟✨💫🌈🗽 #BirthdayPost #SuperThrowbackSunday #SundayInspiration #DamnGrateful

Hi there, folks! How are you? Happy Sunday! It’s been a busy time for yours truly as Spring 🌹🌺🌷 is in full bloom. Also, you may notice some changes to the look of yours truly; the haircut is obvious, but I’ve been doing that haircut for the last ten years or so. Anyways, in addition, I have some highlights to share from this month. There were some local political events that I was happy to take part of & the highlight of this post was visiting @thenyra’s Aqueduct Racetrack where they had their historic 100th running of the Wood Memorial (G2), an important prep race for the (G1) Kentucky Derby. Rodriguez 🐴🐎🏇 was the horse who won that race in gate-to-wire fashion for his connections, completing the 1 1/8 miles (9 furlongs/1,800 [approximately] meters) 3-year-old 🐴🐎🏇 contest in 1:48.15, and just yesterday, he drew post four & he’s 12-1 in the morning line odds for the (G1) Kentucky Derby next Saturday night at Churchill Downs. Should be an exciting & very competitive race next weekend. This post includes video highlights of some of the big races from that day, including the Wood Memorial. 🐴🐎🏇 More highlights to come soon, but in the meantime, I want to thank you all for reading this post. I sincerely appreciate you all very humbly. Have a wonderful Sunday night, and please as always, ladies & gentlemen, take of yourselves & your mental health. Good night, everyone! 🤗💙✌🏽 #SuperThrowbackSunday

Had to get Wings game #4 in, so I finally made it to NJ for a Wings/Devils game. They have party zambonis, free hot dog tosses, and free cookies here!
