It might be the place you were born, where you grew up, or simply the place you call home now. 📸 OIDH Challenge Results: Photos Someone Would Yell at You For If They Caught You Taking It Our latest challenge has now come to an end! A huge thank you to Abi for nominating this brilliant theme via the Theme Jar, and to everyone who got involved and embraced the brief. There were some seriously questionable photographic situations in there… 👀 Congratulations to everyone whose images received votes, and thank you to everyone who took the time to vote. All photographers have been tagged where possible, so have a look through the images and, if you discover someone whose work you enjoy, give them a follow. 🎞️ Celebrating the Analogue Wonderland x Photo Club Devon Big Exeter Film Photowalk! 📸 What a fantastic day it was! A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for the Analogue Wonderland x Photo Club Devon Big Exeter Film Photowalk. It was brilliant to see so many photographers exploring Exeter together, shooting film, chatting all things analogue, and making the day such a success. After some fantastic entries and a community vote, it’s time to congratulate our competition winners! 🥇 1st Place: James Winner of the Pentax 17 pin badge and a roll of film. 🥈 2nd Place: Oli Winner of a roll of film. 🥉 3rd Place: Bob Winner of a roll of film. ☀️ THE SUMMER RESULTS ARE IN! ☀️ The voting has wrapped for our What Screams Summer themed challenge on the Or it Didn’t Happen app, and you lot brought the absolute heat! With 30 photographers submitting 75 incredible photos, the competition was fierce. In fact, a massive 43 different photos received votes from the community, showing just how much quality and variety was on display. Here are the top spots that perfectly captured the essence of summer: 🏆 1st Place: Shane Tregale taking the crown with 12 votes for a brilliant, classic beach scene featuring two lifeguards in their iconic red and yellow uniform looking out to sea under a matching umbrella. 🥈 2nd Place: Brian Aitkenhead coming in a razor-thin second with 11 votes, capturing a thoroughly Plymothian summer scene of a packed Tinside Lido. 🥉 3rd Place: Simon Blackbourn secure in third with a fantastic, character-filled shot of someone in Union Jack shorts catching rays on a tartan beach blanket. 20 photos from our first “Or It Didn’t Happen” challenge. The theme was Edges and the response was far bigger than expected. Loads of strong submissions, loads of votes, and a really good mix of interpretations of the theme. Photo Club Devon — March Monthly Showcase This month’s showcase brings together 20 photos from photographers across Devon — a mix of styles, subjects and ways of seeing, all shaped by the same place but interpreted so differently.
