Start 2021 full of hope, inspiration & motivation by joining us on this FREE 5 day mindset challenge to Reignite your spark.

You will learn to acknowledge and accept the changes you need to make , you will start switching off those negative voices in your head and start doing the things that bring you happiness. You will be able to reset, let go of control, and prioritise you in your life, all whilst igniting a bit more fun, laughter and enjoyment into your days.

Julie completed this challenge in December. In her feedback she said, I not only enjoyed the 5 day challenge I found it refocused me. Many others on the challenge found it equally helpful. There were a broad spectrum of participants, who clearly gained a lot. Unexpected people, who we often perceive as having all the answers. We should all refocus and take stock once in a while. It was great fun too, simple but extremely effective, with daily take always too, to keep in our rucksack for a rainy day.
I whole heartedly recommend this challenge. The real benefits are immense. Take time for yourself, it doesn't intrude on your daily activities. Just think of it as pause for thought and feeling good about yourself and your life. It really is up to you which radio station you tune into each day. Enjoy. Julie White x

Let’s talk posing 💁🏼‍♀️
How many of you practice your posing in ‘off-season’?... how many of you set aside time in prep? .
Posing should be treat just as importantly as nutrition, training and cardio when competing! You could be the best athlete, ticking all the boxes and giving it 100%
However, if you don’t know how to present your physique the best you possibly can then all your hard work goes to waste! .
I am now opening up more posing spaces in my diary, this is for ALL FEDERATIONS, CATEGORIES and ROUTINE CHOREOGRAPHY
.
.
For more information 📩📩📩 For all my clients past and present there is exclusive workshops starting February 👠
