Hey Spartan Friends! Do you know what the best part of the Spartan Ambassador Program is? Hands down it's the people you get to know. Please DM me if you have any questions about joining! There are many great reasons, but that is my favourite.

First Canadian Spartan Race Weekend! Amazing weather, amazing course, amazing people and amazing results! Finishing both days volunteering in the info tent. Could not have asked for a better start to the season. Can't wait to repeat it all in Tremblant next month. I'm about 90% convinced I'm going to do the Ultra.

Dear #StepUpDanceCamp Dancers,
I hope you are all still loving your craft and dancing your life away. Even if your most well know performing stage is your kitchen or living room lol I hope you never stop. I wish you all the best and hope you have kept the #WhySettleForLess? #BeAmbitious! attitude. 😁

#trifectatribe !!! What a weird little rat pack #fitfam we've got going here. Six races later and we did it, Trifecta x 2! I am so proud of everything we have done this year. And so thankful for the people that I am blessed to have by my side through it. We might do a lot of screaming and crying on course, but we certainly do more laughing than anything else. By the end of the day my abs definitely hurt more from hours of laughter than any of the work put in. There's no one else I would rather throw myself down a mountain with. @spartanracecanada #ontariotrifectaweekend #spartantrifecta #family

This weekend fitfam went out for @spartanracecanada Quebec City #beastweekend at Stoneham Ski Mountain. 24km at 9 and an a half gruelling hours. Nearly falling down cliffs and finishing in the dark, with 13 minutes to spare before dnf. I have never wanted to tap out of anything so badly as I did Saturday night when we still had 6km to go. I crushed my three hardest obstacles; monkey bars, horizontal rope, and inverted wall. I am beyond blissed out at everything that our team has overcome and continued to accomplish. The family that has found me through the fitness community, the overwhelming love and support we have for each other; we start together, we run together, we finish together - no Spartan left behind. We got through all of it my supporting each other, by spreading love and support on course, by embracing the faith from our friendly neighbourhood Ultra Beasters, by taking in those moments of pride and bliss and gratitude, by running off our gratitude lists when grit was wearing thin, thank you to the kind souls who donated a head lap to us towards the end when we were all but lost in the bush. This weekend we completed our very first #spartantrifecta !!! In two weeks we will be at #ontariotrifectaweekend for our second of the season!!! I came, I saw, I conquered! I AM SPARTAN!!! AROO!!! AROO!!! AROO!!! #courage #competition #camraderie

well it's been a long weekend of racing and pushing limits. got a piece of humble pie yesterday as the Spartan Super almost got the best of me as I Was cramping pretty bad to the point i almost wasnt sure if i was going finish as my workouts have been taking a back seat this season. a huge thank you to @sasgeorgie and @n.whitman1 for getting me through it all the way to end. I wasn't sure if I was even going to be able to race today but we got through it together. I couldn't be more proud of everyone who ran today. I had no cramping, we did get rained on and we got pretty cold. we all stuck together, had a blast and I can definitely say the student has now become the teacher. very proud of you Sarah for everything you have accomplished with your training you work hard and it paid off. way to go to Stu, Olivia, and Katie for running with us we have had an awesome weekend being Spartans AROO AROO AROO #SPARTANFAMILY #WEOFFICIAL
