There is one thing I regret: that we didn’t share more stories between loops or talk more with each other. But I believe some of that connection came through in a few words or a simple touch. We spent so many hours there, each of us with our own life and reasons for running, yet so much remained unspoken. That’s something I’d like to change next time. 🏃🏻‍♂️⚔️☀️🌙❤️🍀 #BYU

I don’t have an anus anymore.

But I’m back playing golf, padel, and pickleball nine months after major surgery.

My body works. It just needs a lot more maintenance than it used to.

The knee, the back, the calf. There’s always something that needs attention before I can go play.

Getting ready now feels a bit like preparing a 2004 Range Rover for a road trip. Check the fluids. Tighten a few things. Ignore one suspicious noise.

I’ve been using the Cho-Pat, CoreStretch, and Pro Stick from Medi-Dyne as part of that routine.

If you know someone who plays pickleball, they probably have enough paddles already. Maybe get them something for the rest of their body.

Available at Medi-Dyne.com.

‼️‼️Life and ShootingSports Update ‼️‼️

As this new hobby of mine started 10 months ago, I did not think I would be enjoying this much. I'm pleased to announce my first partnership and sponsors @medi_dyne and @2tomsworldwide.

With naturally sweaty hands, it was difficult to acquire proper grip through strings of fire. With their #2tomsgripshield, it helped me eliminate that problem so I can focus on accuracy and speed.

I can proudly say that I am now a #sponsored (aspiring) #competitiveshooter as a 💥 #MediDyneAmbassador 💥

Good day happy Monday. Healthy active recovery❤️‍🩹, mobility, and strong 💪🏼 balance⚖️ are so important. Taking a few rest days from running 🏃 due to knee pain.🦵Hilly hike today with a rocky 🪨 water crossing at Salt Creek. One flat rock here was wobbly so I quickly shifted to safe rocks. Hokas & Cho-Pat for the win. Whew 😅. Take care. #inspiration #healthy #balance #fitness #recovery

Rebuilding is a process. Take it easy and go slow & steady returning from injuries, pain and soreness. Be very aware of your surroundings and watch out for trail obstacles like these large roots I almost tripped over. So bright with the sun ☀️ I couldn’t see them. Logged a warm 3.75M run 🏃-walk. As you can see my empty @saltstick container 🫙 fell out and went flying later, alerting me that I was tripping on these large roots. Fortunately with @hoka speedgoats 🐐 I kept my balance. Whew😅Wild times. @chopatproducts helped me balance too. Felt great. Strong 💪🏼 effort. Keep going y’all! #perseverance #inspiration #autumn #hoka #balance

Teachers, your feet do a lot more than you realize! 👣

By the end of the school day, everything you do adds up. Tuli’s Heel Cups add cushioning and shock absorption to help soften that impact and give your heels a little extra support throughout the day.

It’s one of those things you might not realize you need until you try it.

Know a teacher or someone always on their feet? Send this their way! 💙

Good evening🍁all. We are bouncing back from record rainfall ☔️ yesterday. 6.15” in one day can you believe it?😬Autumn🍂is a perfect time to stay active and mobile and safe indoors and outside. I love 🩵the heavy duty @tulis.footcare heel cups 👟. My fave because I have foot and knee pain (T2D & flat feet). 👣 These help me glide through workouts. And they are blue🩵my fave color. Just slide 🛝 them in your shoes and run. Or walk. I wore these to the park last night in pouring rain helped me stay upright with dog. 🐕 Don’t leaf 🍃 home without these! Safety first! Ran with them inside today with weighted vest. Solid 2 mile sweat sesh😅🔥💪🏼Check em out! Now available at Walmart. Or at medidyne website. #tulisfootcare #medidyneambassador #feet #shoes #heelcups

Did you know there’s ONE place on your body where losing fat can actually cause problems?

Yep — your feet!

As we age, the natural fat pad under our feet can become thinner, reducing some of the cushioning we rely on with every step. This can contribute to heel pain and discomfort, especially with prolonged standing or high-impact activities.

That’s where Tuli’s Heel Cups come in. They’re biomechanically designed with a multi-cell, honeycomb-like structure that moves and mimics the natural cushioning of the foot. The cells compress to absorb shock, then spring back to help return energy with each step. 👣

And now they’re even easier to find — Tuli’s Heel Cups are available at Walmart stores!

Comment TULI for more info and a link to purchase them at Walmart ❤️

💙 Our picks:
• Classic → everyday cushioning and comfort
• Heavy-Duty → more support for higher-impact activities like running
