1st Smi Tawi Fitness workout of the yr is in the books! Our workout circuit focused on lower body exercises. Shoutout to our brother and physical trainer @dcokonta for creating the workout, and helping us get the proper movement in. Big thank you to @freighthousefitness for opening their doors and hosting us in their space.
