I just got off our Year of Yes morning call, and whew—today’s conversation hit home. 💭

We talked about Living Life Satisfied by Dr. Rashida Spence (@drra_innergyconnections and asked ourselves:
✨ What are your most important priorities?
✨ Are you spending your time in a way that reflects them?

When our lives are misaligned with God’s design, it doesn’t just steal our peace—it makes us sick, inside and out.
It’s time to say YES to living satisfied, whole, and in divine alignment. 🌿

I’ve been keeping a secret…
It’s the reason my mornings look different. My peace feels deeper. My health feels whole.
We’re not living the lives God intended—and it’s making us sick.
The Year of Yes 2026 is my way of helping you restore your health and your life back to God’s design.

I can’t wait to tell you more. 💛
